Ugo Taglier, from Vicenza in Northern Italy, formed Officine Meccaniche ANI back in 1962, to produce components and accessories for compressed air systems. By the early 1970s, the brilliant businessman had already patented his first quick coupler, still a best seller today, marking the start of a long series of successful innovations.
